Ajay Devgan, a famous Bollywood Actor but yet not a SUPERSTAR. Ever wondered why ? Recently he has given 4 hit films one after the other- Athithi Tum Kab Jaoege, Rajneeti, Once Upon A Time In Mumbai and Golmaal 3. He is considered to be amongst the finest actors of Bollywood, but still hasn't got the recognition, which he deserves.
What does it takes to be a Superstar --- ?
There is another way of saying a star is made, it goes like this, ‘A star is born’. Well if making of a star is like the birth of a child then let’s see what all goes in the making of one. First you need a healthy sperm a healthier egg and even healthier uterus. (We are trying to understand the birth of a healthy, cute baby, not a mal nourished psycho, so health is important) And even more importantly we need the healthy sperm and healthier egg to meet in a healthier way. Actually unhealthy way might also just work. Then the fetus needs months of nourishment, labor pains and the of-course the hardships of delivery.
Let’s compare this simile with the birth of a star and understand the later in a better way. So to begin with you need healthy sperm which might transform into good looks or an over all personality and we need a healthy egg which might transform into say talent, which in turn includes, acting, dancing, fighting, swimming, horse riding, martial arts, adventure sports, command over a language or say a few languages, right dialogues delivery etc etc. Actually here the workable list could be far shorter. So in short let’s say acting talent. And then we need the two to go through a messy process and combine forever. And then we need months and months or say years of nourishment, in this case that of hits, successful films, few paid or unpaid awards. Well then only one step is left to be taken, the painful process of kicking the baby out of stomach. But what does that compare to in this world of stardom. What is that last, the missing link that makes a talented actor, somebody who has given a number of hits into a star.
I guess we have a missing link here because we left the last step incomplete; delivering the baby out finishes when the baby comes out and starts crying out loud and the whole world comes to know that the baby has been born. So that’s the missing link ‘shouting out aloud, telling everybody that I have been born’.
Now without taking any names (Shahrukh khan, Salman khan, Amir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Akshay Kumar) of the actors who have achieved the status of a star, let’s think if they did everything we mentioned above. Well yes yes yes. have they said again and again, using all the kind of media, I am star, I am star, I am a star, yes they have.
So what is wrong with Ajay Devgan, the stupid guy is decent looking (don’t be mean, he has not that bad looking), he is talented for sure, and for fishing (shame-shame the F word can’t be written the way it is) sure he is given a number of hits over the years and has still not achieved the status of a sun (people say sun is also a star) because of all the wise things we said above.
So if by any remotest chance, he happens to read this, he knows what he needs to be born as a star. Flaunt what you have is the solution baby.
