Remember A.R. Rehmaan and all his soothing compositions ? Excellent they are .. ain't they ? He has been one of India's finest musician, he has always made India proud. No one can forget his contribution in bringing the OSCAR to our nation.We all are proud of him. But have you heard of the Common Wealth Games 2010 Theme Song composed by the great musician. It was definitely not one of his best compositions. All we could here was loud music, which tried to cover the loop holes of the song. Just by the use of latest technologies in music, you can not get over with it. We still remember the time of the great musicians like Mukesh, S.D. Burman, C. Ramachandra. Who did not find any lame excuse, they composed music and were able to bring out the true essence of it. The latest technologies and the instruments like drums, guitar, octapad, piano does helps in providing a good effect but on the same time it should not even over shadow the real music and the soul of the song. Like what happened with the theme song of CWG 2010, which came out to be a lot of noise and less of the real music.
The lyrics of the song will remain the same , with a little changes made by Rehmaan himself. It is expected to be released by next week accompanied by a video by featuring sports-person like Mikha Singh, Karnam Maleshwaari, Abhinav Bindra among others.
