A recent research at London by the famous anti-virus McAfee found out that searching for free stuff online increases your chances to land-up on a site littered with virus and malware. According to this study, when ever we " ENTER " the word " FREE" on internet either for downloading free ringtones, songs, movies and softwares it increase the chances to enter a malicious site by 300 %.


The sites look very attractive and professional on the same hand. They often offer a trail period or very nominal charges to a download program. As the user starts to download the free stuff, the malicious virus gets a chance to attack the host computer.


To avoid the download of viruses, one should avoid typing the word FREE when searching for programs or other downloadable stuff. Rather go to a professional, paid or a safe site. So that you can safe your Computer by getting the warnings like: 

Use trusted Anti-virus programs and before visiting any site, think back once again that if the site is safe enough or not. 

Visit the trusted sites and don't fall in for the lucrative sites that attracts us by showing up Free Schemes !
